Community Street Banner Program 2023 - Off the Beaten Path

Your artwork showing how you follow your own compass can be displayed above the streets of Whittier!

Submission Guidelines:

Submitted designs should measure 5" by 14" and vertically oriented.
    
Artists should take into account that selected banners will be viewed from a distance and measure 30" by 104" or 24" by 60".

Inappropriate or obscene language or images are prohibited.

Artists of all ages are welcome to submit designs but they must live, work, or go to school within the City of Whittier.

Submissions due by 5 p.m. March 16 to the Whittier Community Center, 7630 Washington Ave., Whittier 90602.
