📣 Calling all Whittier artists! Join the 21st annual Community Street Banner Program and see your creativity adorn Whittier’s streets. 🎨

What does this year’s theme 🗺️ EXPLORE WHITTIER 🧭 mean to you? Show us with your banner design!

How to submit:
🔹 Create a mock-up of your banner design, showcasing what “Explore Whittier” means to you!
🔹 To create their mock-up, artists may draw, paint, or design using any tools they choose.
🔹 Mock-ups should measure 14”x5” and be vertically oriented.
🔹 Keep in mind, selected artists will paint their design on a large banner which will be viewed from a distance!

Selected artists will have the chance to paint their submissions on banners measuring either 104” by 30” or 60” by 24”. 🧑‍🎨

Best of all? Submissions are open to ALL AGES! Our only requirement is that artists must live, work, or go to school within the City of Whittier. 🌟
 
Show us how you Explore Whittier! Drop off your submission at the Whittier Community Center by February 23rd at 5:00 pm.
