The Whittier City Council will hold another study session on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, to receive information regarding the Pedestrian Promenade “Open Street” concept in partnership with SWA, the City’s design consulting firm.

The meeting will begin with closed session at 6:00 p.m. followed by open session and public comments at 6:30 p.m. in the Whittier City Hall Council Chambers located at 13230 Penn St. The meeting can be viewed on local cable channel 3 or streamed virtually from the City’s website at www.cityofwhittier.org.
