Help local youth attend their senior prom! Donate your clean, gently used or new formal gowns and dresses to the Whittier Central Library. Dresses must be: clean and in excellent condition, free from damage, prom or formal dresses only, no wedding dresses, please; stylish and fashionable, not too dated. Dress giveaway on March 21st.
