City Council Meeting
The City Council serves as the City’s primary policy-making and legislative body. The City Council also serves as the Board of Directors for the Whittier Housing Authority, Whittier Public Financing Authority, Whittier Redevelopment Successor Agency, and Whittier Utility Authority. The City Council adopts the City's annual operating budget and capital improvement program.
