The Golden Oaks project is a proposal to develop an existing 20,470-square-foot site with a new 25-unit, two-story, senior citizen housing development.  The on-site structures and improvements presently existing on the property will be demolished to accommodate the proposed project.  The project site is located at 6018 Norwalk Boulevard.
