The City of Whittier has designated the Public Works Department's Engineering Division to work directly with production companies for the issuance film permits. Their number is (562) 567-9500.

To apply for a film permit:

1. Download and complete the following forms:

• Film Permit Guidelines
• Film Permit Application

2. Fax both forms to the Public Works Department at (562) 567-2874 or e-mail them to PubWks@cityofwhittier.org.

3. Public Works Staff will contact you to confirm the receipt of the forms and to provide you with additional information about the application process.
